Kipps Mobile Home Community is beautifully manicured and architecturally landscaped in a country park-like setting with mature trees and a serene atmosphere; all within walking or driving distance to public transportation, schools, shopping centers, medical facilities, hospitals, convenience stores, movie theaters, restaurants, fast food chains, entertainment, day care centers, churches, synagogues, skiing, sporting facilities, the Catskill, Adirondack and Berkshire Mountains, farmers markets, cultural activities, antique stores, the Town Park, under 90 minutes north of NYC, under 60 minutes south Albany, and much more!

Our Private Streets, Roadways, and Community Property are seasonally maintained with an on-site Maintenance Facility. This community has paved streets with street signs, and street lights.

Residential lots have private driveways. Resident Mailbox units are provided on site. All Residents are required to maintain personal property, residence and grounds; and, adhere to protocol in accordance with the KMHC Residential Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines.

We lease mobile home Lot Sites for single and double-wide mobile homes. We are situated in a quiet, 'country' environment conducive to comfort, relaxation, and peaceful living! Birds and wildlife abound!
